Customer Slams Courier After Her Parcels Have Been Allegedly Replaced w/ Canned Goods, Rugs, and Stone

A disappointed customer expressed her fury towards the courier company who reportedly replaced her parcels with canned goods, rugs, and stone.

The Facebook page Trending TV has shared sentiments of a disappointed customer named Jasmine Nicole after the courier allegedly replaced her parcels with canned goods and other trash.

The customer is calling the attention of Shopee and Ninjavan after her parcels have been replaced with canned goods, rugs, and stone. She was shocked after discovering that her parcel’s status was changed to “Customer wishes to cancel order”.

Jasmine received the item after the customer reportedly refused to accept the item but she was surprised that it was too light. She was shocked after finding out that the parcel supposedly containing a mobile phone has been replaced with a tissue.

Nicole also revealed that her other valuable items to be sent to her customers returned to her after allegedly canceled. The items have been replaced with dirty rugs, stone, and canned goods such as sardines and corned beef.

NINAKAW ANG LAMAN NG PARCEL KO NG MGA EMPLEYADO NG NINJAVAN!! PAGKABALIK SA AKIN BATO SARDINAS, BASAHAN NA ANG LAMAN.

Magdadalawang buwan na akong nagaantay ng sagot sa complains ko regarding sa mga parcel kong ninakaw ng mga tao ng NINJAVAN. Tapos sasabihan ako na hindi daw sapat ung ebidensya ko? Wala akong paki sa standards ng imbestigasyon niyo. Malinaw sa akin ung pagnankaw niyo! 100k plus ang ninakaw sa akin ineexpect niyo na tatanggapin ko lang ung desisyon niyo. Hindi ho ako papayag na ganito na lang to.

Unang unang parcel na pinadala ko sa kanila ay July 3, 2020 NOVA 7i ang laman nun. Nung una nagtaka ako bakit ang status ng parcel ko is CUSTOMER WISHES TO CANCEL ORDER nung July 06,2020 tapos naging ITEM REFUSED AT DOORSTEP din kaagad. Binalik nila sa akin ung item nung July 10, 2020 nagulat ako pagkahawak ko bigla akong kinabahan sobrang gaan nung item na bumalik hindi ko pa binubuksan parang ayaw ko ng makita pa ung laman. Pero pagkabukas ko ng parcel BOX NG A31 SAMSUNG ANG LAMAN AT MAY TISSUE SA LOOB!! SOBRANG GALIT KO NUN. TUMAWAG AKO AGAD SA SHOPEE at Sa NINJAVAN mismo. Inereport ko ung nareceive ko na parcel and sabi mageemail sa akin nagemail sila pati ung ninjavan pero ung ninjavan isang beses lang nag email wala na. Binalewala na nila UNG REPORT KO!!

July 07, 2020 nag CUSTOMER WISHES TO CANCEL ORDER NA NAMN ung NOVA7i sunod na araw ung VIVO nman July 08, 2020 nag CUSTOMER WISHES TO CANCEL ORDER ulit. Sobrang kaba ko na nito.

July 13, 2020 bumalik sa akin ang ITEM kasabay ng 3 parcels ko pa bale apat ang bumalik. Makikita niyo sa video ung mga laman puro SARDINAS, GAMIT NA BASAHN MABAHO AT MADUMI TAPOS BATO SA LOOB NG HOPIA NA BOX!!

4 and 5 parcel napadala ko noong JULY 08, 2020 TAG DALAWANG V19 NEO
ISA PAPUNTANG MAKATI UNG ISA PAPUNTANG MALABON ULIT.

July 10, 2020 Un ulit ang status walang katapusan na CUSTOMER WISHES TO CANCEL ORDER!! SAME DATE SABAY NA JULY 10 NAGCANCEL DAW!!

BINALIK SA KIN UNG 4 PARCELS NG SABAY SABAY NOONG JULY 13, 2020 ANG MASAKIT DITO SEALED UNG MGA PARCEL ANG GANDA PA NG PAGKAKADIKIT NG WAYBILL WALANG BAKAS NA BINUKSAN UNG PARCELS KO ANG GALING!!
