David Blaine’s Ascension Stunt Was Exciting & Peaceful
ASCENSION – Illusionist and endurance artist David Blaine’s live stunt ‘Ascension’ was equal parts exciting and peaceful.
American illusionist, extreme performer, and endurance artist David Blaine have broken several world records. He has blown the mind of the most famous celebrities in the world including LeBron James, Jennifer Lawrence, Drake, Johnny Depp, Will Smith, John Travolta among others.
David was just 23-years-old when ‘Street Magic’ first aired on ABC. He transformed tv magic by turning the camera on the audience. He has been buried alive for 7 days, holds his breath for 17 minutes underwater, stand in a large block of ice for 63 hours.
David Blaine is back with another breathtaking stunt by floating thousands of feet over the desert in Arizona. He clung into 52 helium-filled balloons for 30 minutes. His video titled “Ascension” was uploaded on his Youtube Channel yesterday September 2.
In the video, David narrated that “ever since I was a kid, I’ve dreamed of flying.” He shared that he drew inspiration after watching a movie featuring a boy who floats away while clinging into a bunch of balloons.
“It inspired my love for magic and levitation for sure,” he added

David Blaine’s video ran for almost 3 hours. He was able to pull off the stunt successfully. He reached an altitude of almost 25,000 feet.
