Heart Evangelista announces 2nd batch of tablets she will donate for students
Kapuso actress/style icon Heart Evangelista is set to donate the second batch of tablets for the online class of students.
Aside from being an actress and a fashion enthusiasts, Heart also found happiness in giving back. Amid the pandemic, she has been helping her husband Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero in caring for the needs of his constituents.
The actress also promotes the local products from the said province. She even started her own project of designing and managing the promotions of various products from Sorsogon.

Moreover, Heart Evangelista also started a project of donating tablets to poor students that can be used for their online classes since the Department of Education does not allow yet the face-to-face classes in schools.
Previously, through her painting, she was able to raise money for 550 tablets. Apparently, that was not the last effort she will for this project as she recently announced that there is a 2nd batch.
Based on the article from Pang-Masa, Heart wrote this in her recent Instagram Story: “2nd batch soon. Follow me and PH Big Heart for updates.”
On the Instagram account of @phbigheart, updates for this particular charitable endeavor of the actress are being posted. The names of the recipients of tables that were given away were also listed there.
PH Big Heart is an initiative of Heart Evangelista that aims to help students in the Philippines on their online learning amid the COVID-19 pandemic by providing free tablets for them as well as the internet.
