Victory Liner Sneak Peek Preview of “New Normal” Bus Earn Various Reactions

VICTORY LINER- Bus company shares a sneak peek preview of whats inside their ‘new normal’ bus during this COVID-19 pandemic.

At the eased of community quarantine some areas, public transportation is also preparing in case they return to operation. Since the lockdown in March, provincial buses have not traveled from Manila again.

Meanwhile, in preparation for the return of the provincial buses, the bus company Victory liner previewed the so-called “new normal” bus to Baguio City. On Victory Liner’s Facebook page, they shared photos of their new bus following the health and safety protocols implemented by the IATF (Inter-Agency Task Force) for COVID-19 response.

In the photos show, there is a gap between the seats of only three per row which was previously four. At the top of each seat, there is a transparent barrier, and even in the driver’s seat.

Apart from the barrier, passengers are still required to wear face masks and face shields, in compliance with the guidelines implemented by the COVID-19 task force.

“We can’t wait to see you again. Here is a sneak preview of Victory Liner’s ‘new normal’ buses for the Baguio route. 1x1x1 seating configuration with individual acrylic shields. You want it? We’ve got it,” the caption on the Victory Liner photos.

There sneak peek preview has gone viral on social media. Many netizens are satisfied with these new normal buses, however, some are worried because the fares on provincial buses might be more expensive than before the pandemic.
