Ang Probinsyano series of Coco Martin is set to resume taping
The long-running series Ang Probinsyano featuring Coco Martin as the lead actor is set to resume its lock-in taping.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, news health and safety protocols are being implemented in the production of TV shows, series, or movies. Unlike other shows on TV and movies, luckily, the Kapamilya action-drama series still continues to air and this is despite ABS-CBN has not secured a new franchise.
FPJAP even added a new character in the series who will be played by Richard Gutierrez. He will play the role of the man who is another love interest of Alyanna, the character played by Yassi Pressman and who is also the wife of Coco Martin’s character Cardo Dalisay.
Based on the article from Abante Entertainment, the taping for the new episodes of the series is set to happen soon. The cast members will have their 14-day quarantine and they will undergo swab testing to ensure that they are COVID-19 free before the lock-in taping.
According to Abante columnist Jun Lalin, that was the reason why Richard has been spending much of his time with his family before the taping because once it will start he cannot go home yet.
Last Sunday, Richard with his wife and sons spent time with his parents, Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez, in their family house in White Plains.
Lalin shared that Tita Annabelle who is fondly called Bisaya, felt happy that Richard was able to spend time with them last weekend.
As a supportive mother, Annabelle Rama watches the series of Coco Martin that will be featuring his son both on the Kapamilya channel and on iWant.
