Cebu Pacific Resumes Domestic Flights To And From NAIA

CEBU PACIFIC RESUMES FLIGHTS – As Metro Manila reverted back into a general community quarantine, public transport such as air travel is set to resume operations.

Following the 14-day “time out”, the government has once again placed Metro Manila under a GCQ in order for the economy to bounce back. However, Malacañang emphasized that the GCQ would be “stricter” than the previous GCQ.

As such, Several public transportation vehicles are set to resume operations after Metro Manila reverted back to a general community quarantine (GCQ). Additionally, Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ largest airlines had also resumed domestic flights to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

In their official Facebook page, Cebu Pacific announced:

As of Aug 18, 2020; 2PMCebu Pacific and Cebgo will resume a number of domestic flights to and from Manila on August 19, 2020, following the announcement of General Community Quarantine over NCR:

CEB will continue to operate flights from Cebu to Clark and to Davao. We also intend to operate limited international routes, namely: Manila-Dubai-Manila, Manila-Seoul (Incheon), Tokyo (Narita)-Manila, Manila-Singapore-Manila, and Manila-Taipei-Manila.
