Actor John Regala to check out of the hospital today.
JOHN REGALA – Action star John Regala who is currently suffering from certain diseases will be released today from a kidney institute.
“Bad Boy” of Philippine films John Regala is currently suffering from liver cirrhosis and esophageal varices. His miserable condition and situation was found out when a netizen who found him helpless along the street posted his recent photos and it immediately went viral.
In a previous article, he got confined at National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) in Quezon after he suffered from severe pain. According to some results of his tests, his liver has not been functioning well. Also. his creatinine levels and liver functions were in bad state.
Based on an update, his liver is now in a stable condition, his appetite improved, his slurred speech is due to a stroke, he’s got no difficulty in breathing now, and not suffering from chest pains anymore. One of his problems is his severe gout.
And now, with his condition getting better, he is bound to go out of the hospital today. Veteran entertainment writer Aster Amoyo revealed in her Facebook post that he insisted on going out immediately when he still needed to stay for few more days.
The actor is accordingly not a very cooperative patient and they have have no choice but to give him his request. Furthermore, the post added as per Inquirer, “Napaka-restless niya sa loob ng hospital considering nasa private room siya with ref and TV plus isang kasama.”
