Bodies Of Two Men Found In Towns In Cagayan Province

CAGAYAN PROVINCE – The bodies of two men were recently recovered in the municipalities of Enrile and Ballesteros in the province of Cagayan.

According to Inquirer, police have found the remains of Mico Duarte, aged 44, at his residence in Rio Del Grande Subdivision in Enrile on Wednesday, July 29.

His body was found after neighbor called them about the reeking odor emanating from the fatality’s door This came from a report by Cagayan police director Colonel Ariel Quilang.

Both the police and health workers rule out foul play. The victim had been treated for liver cirrhosis at the St. Paul Hospital.

Based on the report, at the same time in the municipality of Ballesteros, Teddy Alejo, aged 46 of Payagan West village was found dead in a forest within the said town.

Medical examiners deduced that the fatality died due to heatstroke and congestive heart failure, as reported by the police.

Months ago, a couple died after an ambulance fell on the 10 feet ravine in the province.

The said ambulance fell on the cliff in Barangay Bitag Grande, Baggao town. Prior to the incident, it was travveling down the road when it abruptly stopped to avoid a person crossing the road.
