  1. I am in favor of Death Penalty like what Senator Manny Pacquiao believed that it has to be implemented. I don’t like to see high profile criminals being feed, given a roof above their heads for comfort by my money thru my taxes. Their is no way they are penalized of their crimes, they are only isolated from the public and even their victims are also become a part of the comfort the government provided to them inside the prison. Where do you think the money that the government uses for these criminals allowance, it’s from our pockets including that of the victims.. Their is no perfect law that can stop crimes from happening, even the law of the gods can not stop people to commit crimes, but with the Death Penalty at least we can have balance. I am sure that we won’t let it to happen that the good and the bad in the society will become 50/50. We must have to maintain it to 90/10 to make our society “Normal”. The high profile criminals are the heads of their organization, and to control and neutralize that organization is you have to cut the heads.. By making it into a law thru “Referendum” and not just by the Senate or Congress, i believe that we are not violating something or anything, because the law of the people is also the law for the people.. Vote now for “Yes” or “No”..
