PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) this July 20, 2020.

The 4 AM forecast from the state weather bureau says that the Intertropical Convergence Zone or known as the area where winds from northern and southern hemisphere intersect.

According to GMA News, the ITCZ will bring cloudy skies, scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Visayas, CALABARZON, the Bicol Region and MIMAROPA.

The bureau warned that flash floods or landslides may occur especially during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers also due to ITCZ or localized thunderstorms.

Again, the bureau warned that flash floods or landslides may occur especially during severe thunderstorms.

Based on the report, the entire archipelago will face slight to moderate coastal waters. The sun has risen at 5:36 AM and is expected to set at 6:29 PM.
