According to ABS-CBN News, Judge Jeaneth San Joaquin from Regional Trial Court Branch 56 of Libmanan issued an arrest warrant on June 23 against Nagrampa.

This has something involved with an encounter in Barangay Salvacion, Ragay town on May 13, 2018. This ended with two soldiers killed.

This came from Nabua police chief Major Ronnie Fabia. Nagrampa was tested for rapid anti-body test in COVID-19 at the city of Iriga. She was tested negative, fortunately.

Leo Caballero, her spouse, claimed that the case against his wife was without basis and impossible.

Nagrampa won as a barangay kagawad. Caballero further said that the resolution of the said case was unresolved.

Based on the report, Caballero said that the arrest of Nagrampa was a step from the government after the anti-terrorism law was implemented.

Fabia, however, denied the said claim.
