Julia Montes Reunites W/ Co-Stars in Afternoon Series “Doble Kara”
DOBLE KARA – ABS-CBN actress Julia Montes was reunited with her co-stars on the hit drama series “Doble Kara.”
Filipina actress Julia Montes is one of the famous celebrities in the Philippines. She got her first title role in the afternoon series “Doble Kara.” She played the twin roles of Kara and Sarah.
The tv series is directed by Jon Villarin and Manny Palo. The cast members of the Kapamilya drama are Sam Milby, Ella Cruz, Edgar Allan Guzman, Rayver Cruz, Carmina Villaroel, and Maxene Magalona among others.
Julia Montes was hailed Best Actress Award for television in the 14th Gawad Tanglaw Awards in 2016. After the success of “Doble Kara,” she starred in the action-drama teleserye “Asintado.” It was her last tv project before taking showbiz hiatus last year.
The 25-year-old celebrity flew to Germany to visit her dad Martin Schnittka. During her showbiz hiatus, rumors surfaced that she was staying away because she was allegedly pregnant. Her talent management agency, Cornerstone Entertainment, denied these rumors.

Last February, Julia Montes made her tv comeback via her weekly action-drama series “24/7.” The Kapamilya network stopped the production in mid-March due to the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
On Saturday, July 4, the prominent actress shared on her Instagram account that she was reunited with her co-stars in her afternoon series “Doble Kara.” She shared some photos of their virtual reunion. It came with a caption, “Night cap.”
The stars who joined the virtual reunion were Jacqui Leus, Rayver Cruz, Sam Milby, Ella Cruz, and Edgar Allan Guzman.
