UP Visayas Fraternity Gone Viral Over GC w/ Photos of Undressed Women & Malicious Chatbox
UP Visayas fraternity is now facing controversies over a group chat containing private conversations and photos of undressed women.
The Scintilla Jvris Fraternity based in the University of the Philippines-Visayas gone viral and now in hot water due to lewd chatbox. The group chat allegedly contains malicious conversations and pictures of undressed ladies.
Several members are sharing photos of their undressed ladies, which are their alleged exes and friends of the fraternity brothers. Some of the conversations have lewd remarks about their sorority sisters in Stella Juris Sorority.

A Twitter user named MANYAKSOFUPV shared some screenshots of the conversation. Here are the screenshots:
The issue raised the concern of UP Visayas students and graduates who condemn the group chat containing malicious content. Some netizens also stressed how the fraternity could support women’s rights and gender equality when they are insulting it in their chatbox.

Eventually, the group issued an apology and admitted their mistakes for the irresponsible actions of some members.
“Last June 30, a Twitter account exposed malicious conversations of a group of UPV SJ members in a Facebook chat group. We sincerely apologize to those who were harassed/violated by the actions taken by members involved,” the fraternity stated.
