Filipino Citizen in USA Infected w/ COVID-19 Dies, 28 of His Family Members Now Infected by the Virus
A Filipino citizen in the United States of America dies of Coronavirus Disease 2019 and 28 of his family members contracted the virus.
A 27-year-old Pinoy in USA identified as Richard Garay has expressed his grieve and sadness after his beloved father passed away due to the coronavirus disease 2019. He and his father tested positive for the disease last June 4, 2020.
Unfortunately, Richard’s father eventually passed away after a week of battling the disease. The sick dad passed away a day before the celebration of Father’s Day. The deceased victim visited three houses of his relatives before learning that he is positive for COVID-19.
28 family members of the victim contracted the virus including Richard’s sister-in-law, 2-year-old kid, and two other kids from the family as well as two of his siblings. He also advised the public to be more careful to prevent the spread of the contagious disease.
Richard also denied the reports that they had a party wherein 18 people who attended the event test positive for the new coronavirus.
