Grab Food Rider Accidentally Hits Kid During Delivery
A Grab Food rider accidentally hits a kid amid quarantine period and the kid sustained bruises but the family urged him to pay P37,000.
A Facebook user named Skip Roma has shared the photos of her brother working as Grab rider who sustained wounds and injuries after an accident. The photos garnered various reactions from the online community.
Roma narrated that her brother accidentally hits a 12-year-old kid during delivery. She said that the kid suddenly crossed the road to buy ice and sustained bruises due to the incident. The incident happened amid the quarantine period.

The kid’s family attacked the rider and tried to maul him after the collision. The family rushed the child to a private hospital and urged the Grab employee to pay P37,000. The delivery employee also suffered wounds and injuries due to the accident.
Both sides have already settled the issue with their agreement of P37,000 but Roma is asking for some advice regarding the issue.

“ako diko sinasabi na walang mali ang kapatid ko nakabangga kasi siya ng bata 12yrs old, pero sinapak niyo ung kapatid ko hindi naman tatakbo balak niyo pa bugbogin? tapos nakita niyo na grab driver lang ung kapatid ko ddalhin niyo sa private ang bata at hhingian niyo kami ng 37k????? una sa lahat quarantine tayo bakit nasa labas ang bata? ano para utusan niyo bumili ng yelo? may pagkakamali din kayo maawa naman kayo…-

pero lilinawin ko po sa inyo wala po nakalagay sa post ko na pinagkasunduan ung 37k sa brgy. ang sinasabi ay hati sila sa gastusin hanggang sa gumaling ang bata…
