She explained that it all started when the management failed to inform them about the returning Filipinos to which 59 of them arrived and stayed in the building. They were not informed about this, thus, they asked for notice for safety purposes. However, they failed again.

In the situation, she became ballistic because after numerous follow ups, it seems like the staff and the administration did not hear her pleas and the pleas of other residents as well. She came to their office complaining only to be neglected which ignited her scandalous behavior.

“They were obviously provoking me. Yung hindi ako pinapansin, nakatingin sa telepono. Yun pala, nagbi-video na sila ng secret video. So, ang pakiramdam ko po, inudyok nila akong mapikon, magalit,” she said in a report from PEP.

She then shared that it was June 5 when she received a summon from their barangay because the staff have filed complaint against her following the shouting incident. She also received threats about getting viral and the actress was accordingly not aware that she was being recorded.

Amador admitted she got affected by the criticisms. She had actually asked legal advice from her lawyer and her talent manager Arnold Vegafria if she can also file charges because if she would, a lot of lapses of the establishment will surely be dug up.
