Unhurt, actor Ken Chan opts not to sue driver handling the vehicle that bumped his SUV.
KEN CHAN – 27-year-old actor Ken Chan decided not to file a complaint versus the L300 Van driver who maneuvers the car that bumped his SUV.
Filipino-Chinese Kapuso actor and model Ken Chan got involved in an accident recently but fortunately, he was left safe and unhurt. It was a minor accident which happened along Timog Avenue in Panay Avenue, Quezon City on Wednesday afternoon.
The driver of L300 van has accidentally hit the back of his Mitsubishi Montero leaving damage to the car and wounds to his driver. He was shocked with the impact of the bump and the police officers from around the area were quick to respond.
But above everything else, he was looking after the situation of the driver. He was concerned and even got no plan to file a complaint against him. He said, “Hindi po pumasok sa isip ko na magsampa ng kaso dahil sa totoo po niyan, sobrang naaawa ako kay Tatay na nakabangga po sa akin.”
The actor hopes that the driver is well and okay after the accident knowing that he is working for a living. He added, “Sana maayos ang lagay niya, at sana hindi masyadong malala yung mangyari sa kanya kasi nagtatrabaho rin po yung tao.”
The driver was identified as Benjamin Muyrong Jr. and he was wounded. He was brought to East Avenue Medical Center and along with him is Enrique Acutayan who is also wounded. Ken was accordingly on his way home when it happened.
