Couple In Patnongon Town, Antique, Hacked Over “Old Grudge”

PATNONGON TOWN – A couple were hacked by three men in Patnongon town, Antique, over what is believed to be an “old grudge”.

The wounded, identified as Joseph Besanes, aged 44 years, and Jerose Besanes, aged 38 years, sustained hack wounds on their bodies, according to Panay News.

This was a report from the local police, who also said that the are currently being treated at Angel Salazar Memorial General Hospital in San Jose, Antique.

The three suspects were identified as Raymond Alagos, aged 22 years; his younger brother Valentin Alagos, aged 17 years; and Junie Alagos, aged 47 years.

As per the report, before the incident occurred, the couple and suspects had an altercation at about 9:30 p.m. on June 3. An old grudge is said to have been the motive of the crime.

The local police station are currently looking for the three suspects, who fled after the incident.
