Pinoy Priest Dies From Coronavirus In New York
PINOY PRIEST DIES FROM CORONAVIRUS – The United States has been the most affected country amid the coronavirus pandemic with the epicenter traced to New York.
Currently, there are 1,706,226 confirmed coronavirus cases in the US. Of that number, more than 464,000 patients have recovered from the disease. However, 99,805 have succumbed to the virus, including Filipino Priest Monsignor Romualdo Sosing.
The Priest lived a 67-year long blessed life. He was admitted to the hospital for a week before he lost the tough battle against the coronavirus. In honor of his life and the people’s life he blessed with his presence, the Holy Name of Mary Parish VS posted photographs of the Pinoy Priest.
Yesterday, they announced the sad news on their Facebook page:
It is with great sadness that approximately 6:15 tonight, Monsignor Sosing, surrounded by his family, had passed and is now at peace.
Parishioners of the church grieved and shared their condolences to the family of father Monsignor. Most noted that he was such a kind and caring man with the purest of hearts.
My condolences to his family. I got to know him as a very kind and caring person at the school during his first year at HNM. Have pictures of him celebrating graduation and presenting an award to my son. He will be missed.
Monseñor will forever in our hearts, he was a great priest, excellent friend, I will keep him in my prayers! My condolences for the family especially for Carolyn
