Nadine Lustre Reacts To Common Belief that Showbiz Celebrities Have Everything
NADINE LUSTRE – The Kapamilya actress spoke about the life of celebrities in the Philippine showbiz industry.
Undeniably, a lot of people dream of the lives that celebrities have. Most of them got huge houses, expensive cars, and can travel to other countries for vacation. They worked very hard for such kind of life.
However, due to the glamorous view of the celebrity life, many people forget that they are also normal individuals. Celebrities also have their own downfalls.
Recently, actress Nadine Lustre spoke on the life of the showbiz celebrities. She explained her side on the view that they have everything in life.
Speaking to FM Radio, Nadine Lustre stressed that showbiz celebrities “don’t have everything”. According to her, there are a lot of things in her life that she wish are different.
Based on a report on Pep, the Kapamilya actress further said that there are a lot of things that she wishes they never happened. Among the two (2) reported incidents in the life of the actress are the death of her younger brother in 2017 and his recent breakup with James Reid.
Nadine and James are collectively called as “JaDine”. They were together for four (4) years before the celebrity couple confirmed their split.
According to the report, Nadine Lustre stressed that their lives as showbiz celebrities are also hard. According to her, the biggest challenge for her is putting on a tough face on the outside but falling apart on the inside.
“I experienced that when my brother died. Every day, I did Showtime, and it was so hard. I had to put a happy face, a smiling face on… But deep down, I was breaking because of what happened,” the actress said.
Nadine also said that one of the things she learned from showbiz is to be “bulletproof”. According to her, at the end of the day, she does not regret what she said no matter what others will say.
