After leaving the entertainment industry, Ramona, who was born as Mohsyl Ensafian, chose a more private life portraying the role of being a wife and a mother. She got married to Frederick Farrell, a naval engineer, in 2010. In 2013, They are blessed with beautiful triplets named Fersiana, Frederie, and Freohsyl.
