PAGASA – Easterlies To Affect Parts Of The Country This May 8, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) this May 8, 2020.

The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the easterlies or warm winds from the east will be affecting the eastern parts of Southern Luzon and Visayas on this day.

According to a report from GMA News, the easterlies, as well as localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

The bureau said that the weather systems will bring no significant impact on the country.

As per the report, for the wind speed forecast, northern and central Luzon will face light winds that are moving variously with slight to moderate waters.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction with slight to moderate.
