Mula sa Puso, Saan Ka Man Naroroon, Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan, Marina, Iisa Pa Lamang, Dahil Mahal na Mahal Kita, Anak, Got 2 Believe, Kailangan Kita, Milan, Nasaan Ka Man, Sukob, and Etiquette for Mistresses – These are just some of the most iconic programs and films done by Optimum Star Claudine Barretto.
The very first show she did which paved way for her to have a career in show business is Ang TV. And now that the network is facing shut down after its franchise got expired, what is her reaction about this?
On Instagram, someone told her how dare she not showing support for the network who put her to fame. She was even called as someone who’s “walang utang na loob”. And her reply to this is: “How dare you too.”
Last May, at around 7 P.M., the ABS-CBN network has signed off airing their last episode of TV Patrol before officially bidding goodbye from their viewers. This is in compliance after the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) issued a cease and desist order versus the biggest media company in the Philippines.
Kapamilya stars‘ hearts got broken not because they are bound to lose their job but because of the people behind them who lost their work which will ultimately affect their family. Many of them condemned the act and said that there are a lot of things that needs to prioritized more than closing their networ.
Moreover, they insist that it’s untimely because currently, the people needs details and reliable news at this time of pandemic Coronavirus Disease 2019.
