ECQ Season 3 Soundtrack – PTG or Ponytail Girls created a music video titled Gala Gala which is about the extended enhanced community quarantine and this went viral.
Netizens have wittingly tagged the ECQ is now on its season 3 as it was extended until May 15 in most areas in the Philippines. The extension received various reactions from the online community.
The music video that PTG recently posted on the group’s YouTube channel appeared to stand for many Pinoys’ feelings about the extension. “Yung akala mong makakagala kana after ECQ,” the caption of the post stated.
Basically, the song was about the feeling of frustration after expecting that the ECQ will be lifted but what happened is contrary. The young girls in the music video also showcased their dancing abilities.
According to the description written on the YT channel of the group, they are also doing parody videos, dance challenges, funny videos, and more. The said account already has 198 thousand subscribers. Their Dala Dala video, as of press time, already has more than 8 thousand views.
Twitter user @bashgita shared a clip of the said music video on the micro-blogging site with the caption: “Ito na yung soundtrack ng ECQ season 3”. As of the writing, the post already has more than 185 thousand views, 3 thousand retweets, and more than 13 thousand likes.
This garnered various reactions from netizens. Some expressed how they laughed about the video while some said that the they can relate to the lyrics of the song because they feel the same.
