Fire In Tondo, Manila Blazed Residental Area On Thursday Morning

TONDO – A fire recently blazed a residential area in a street in Tondo district, Manila on Thursday morning (April 30).

According to GMA News, the fire recently hit a residential area in Herbosa Street in the said district in Manila.

The fire has reached first alarm as it affected eight houses. As of the moment, it is still ongoing,

The report also shows a video of the ongoing fire in Herbosa Street. You can also hear residents crying as the building is razed by the fire.

We can also see a citizen trying to put out the fire and hurriedly fetched more water.

UPDATE

The fire that blazed a residential area has killed six people, which included two minors, according to an update on GMA News.

The kill count was confirmed by Director Arnel Angeles of the Manila Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO).

The incident took place at the corner of  Tioco and Herbosa streets behind Pritil Market, also known by residents as “Tondominium”

Aside from the six killed, four more, including a fireman, was injured in the fire that occured at around 6:37 AM and was declared fire-out at 7:52 AM.
