This image was from a netizen on Reddit. He wanted to vent about the horrendous decisions of his local LGUs.

This is how our LGU distributes relief packs. They decided that house to house was not enough public exposure so they had this brilliant idea for the 2nd relief goods and made peolpe go out in the streets to queue up so people will see them hand over relief packs. Pics are only from 1 baranggay

Similarly, other netizens on the social media platform also shared the same experiences. One said that some barangays in Quezon City also do the same.

User imprctcljkr said that a certain barangay in QC scheduled and summoned those affected PUV drivers to sign and get subsidies. Moreover, he emphasized how lazy these LGUs were.

Furthermore, the original poster of the picture said that the distributions were done in the course of 3 whole days. Additionally, he said:

For 3 days straight, the whole city of Toledo was “abuzz as families from 20-30+ barangays went out to the street as early as 4 am just to get the 2nd wave of relief goods.
