According to GMA News, the police recently said that they are ready to be filed upon once the Pacific Plaza Towers (PPT) management decides to take legal action against them over the said incident.

Police Lieutenant General Guillermo Eleazar, who spearheads the Police Lieutenant General Guillermo Eleazar said that it’s okay and they are ready to respond regarding the incident. He, however, cited the statement of the chief of police in the city that they will probe that the management o property manager might possibly be uncooperative,

He further defended the cops’ action and insisted that they stormed the condo unit after receiving reports of instances of unobserved social distancing in the area.

The ones who ordered the inspection of the condominium were the local government of the city, Eleazar added.

High-ranking officers further noted that there was a coordination before they entered that said unit.

Eh ang daming pupuntahan… you can just imagine the frustration of the police,”

As per the report, armed policemen entered the compound of a high-end condominium unit and threatened the people to arrest them for alleged violation of the Luzon ECQ guidelines.

This brought fear among the residents in the said condominium. The management eventually said that it would take legal action against the said policemen.
