Security Guard Spares P100 Every Day To Feed Stray Dogs
SECURITY GUARD – Netizens praised the security guard who was seen feeding the stray dogs amid COVID-19 quarantine.
News about the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has anxious and sad because no one knew when it will end. Most of the people now are praying for the pandemic to end so that we can all go back to our normal lives.

Meanwhile, in Cebu City, a security guard named Fidel Patlingrao, made rounds on social media after he was spotted feeding some stray dogs in the city amid the coronavirus quarantine. Based on a report from Cebu Daily News, the 69-year-old man works at a warehouse in the city.
Every day, he spares P100 to buy food for the dogs in Happy Valley Subdivision, Banawa, Barangay Guadalupe. He purchases food at a karenderia for the animals after work.
According to the report, the story of the security guard went viral after his neighbor shared his photos feeding the stray dogs to the Facebook Page of ‘Saving Strays Cebu.’ The page then shared his good deed and encourage the netizens to help him with his mission.
Recently, ‘Saving Strays Cebu’ gave an update regarding the money they have collected to help Tatay Fidel. They said they raised P7,250 from him and it depends on him how he’ll spend it.
