Arrogant Man Got Arrested for Violating ECQ Guidelines

An arrogant man with his partner got arrested for violating enhanced community quarantine guidelines and disputing police officials.

Recently, a Facebook page named I Zee You shared a video footage of a commotion where an LGBT member argues with police officers and barangay officials after he was caught in the street late evening amid enhanced community quarantine and curfew hours.

According to the post, Barangay officers and police arrested the couple identified as Martin David Antonio, 23, and Julius Magsakay, 24, for violating curfew hour and liquor ban, government’s action to prevent the spread of the of coronavirus.

Antonio arrogantly argue with the authorities despite his violation and even went to Facebook live to filmed the situation while he was being blocked by the police officers and barangay police because of his violation.

Meanwhile, the reason why they are still outside at that time (11:00 pm according to the video) because they spent away their intoxication with liquor. Antonio admitted that he was intoxicated and told authorities who blocked him, he was on his way home.

When they were asked to go to barangay, he refused and even mentioned a name of police officer. However, one policeman intervened and spoke softly to Oprecio. Many netizens were not happy and express resentment over his action towards frontliners.

The suspects will face the violation of Executive Order No. 10 Republic Act 11332 or better known as “Disobedience to Person to Authority and Unjust Vexation”.

In another post by Maycobudots he shows that Antonio has apologized for what he did. He asked the uploader to delete the video, but Maycobudots scolded him and blame him for his popularity and bashers.
