Manila Mayor Isko Moreno initiated a digital health survey through the Messenger app of Facebook amid the COVID-19 crisis.

The national and local government units have been doing ways in order to alleviate the difficulty of people due to the enhanced community quarantine that is now being extended until April 31.

Authorities have implemented the EQC in order to prevent the further spread of the virus. In line with this, Mayor Isko recently launched a digital health survey. Yorme stressed out that the survey aims to be a precautionary measure against COVID-19.

In his post, the Mayor shared the steps that people should follow in order to avoid being infected just like washing the hands properly and using mask, especially in public places.

Yorme also said that he is encouraging his constituents to abide by the city’s newly-launched Digital Health Survey. “I-Click niyo lang ang ‘send message’ button sa Facebook page ng meyor ,” the post stated.

Meanwhile, Mayor Isko Moreno recently challenged several Senators to be more visible now amid the time of crisis in the Philippines. Because of the ongoing battle against COVID-19, especially in Luzon, the mayor has already volunteered to donate his April salary for people who got affected by the enhanced community quarantine.

Several local officials expressed the same desire in order to help the less fortunate people. Aside from being busy with his obligation as the father of Manila, Yorme also shared several TikTok videos dedicated to all the frontliners. He showed his appreciation to all their hard work through the popular video app.
