Local Officials in Negros Occidental Use Creepy Curfew Alarm
CURFEW POLICY – The creepy curfew alarm frightened the residents of Kabankalan City in the province of Negros Occidental.
Over the past few weeks, the Philippine government is taking necessary actions to fight the rampant spread of the coronavirus disease after President Rodrigo Duterte declared the country under a state of calamity.
The Duterte administration has also declared an enhanced community quarantine over the entire Luzon to limit the movement of the people. The new measure restricts mass gathering and mass transport as well as implementing curfew policy,
Recently, a Facebook user named Gierolyn Vingno has shared the video footage of a creepy curfew alarm in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental. The video footage garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be heard that the creepy curfew alarm is ringing throughout the empty street. The local officials might be using the creepy alarm to scare young children and to force them to stay inside their homes.
