Video of Disappointed Musician Crying Out & Calling Government To Also Pay Attention To Musicians & Night Performers Earn Reactions Online

A disappointed musician is now calling the government to also pay attention to the musicians sector (Night Performers) amid lockdown protocols.

Since last week, the Philippine government is implementing stricter rules and regulations after President Rodrigo Duterte placed the entire Luzon under an enhanced community quarantine due to the coronavirus disease.

The new lockdown protocols restrict mass gathering, mass transport, suspend several business operations, and limit the movements of the public to contain the spread of COVID-19 in the country.

However, the preventive measure severely affects some of our countrymen who can’t continue to make a living due to lockdown protocols.

Recently, a Facebook user named Benjie Sigua has expressed his disappointment and cried out to the government asking the officials to also pay attention to the local musicians whose jobs were affected by the enhanced community quarantine.

Sigua stressed out that some musicians and night performers could not work anymore due to the curfew policy. He also explained that several local performers have no reliable source of income aside from gigs at bars, restaurants, and hotels.
