He added that with the help of Cycloferon, Russia has been successful in containing COVID-19 in their country. “It’s offered as donation just to extend the hand of help to our Filipino partners so now this offer is under consideration in Manila.”

For now, the World Health Organization has not yet announced that there are specific treatments against the virus. Propose treatments and cures are under investigation and will undergo clinical trials to be tested.

Meanwhile, the Philippines government is currently implementing precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease as the confirmed case COVID-19 quickly increased to 52.
