Netizen Express Dismay to Unscrupulous Resellers Amid COVID-19 Threat

A netizen express dismay to unscrupulous Filipino resellers who sold out all alcohol and sanitary essentials to sell it double of its original price.

Amid the COVID-19 scare in the country, some sanitary essentials such as alcohol in different supermarket in Metro Manila were out-of-stock. Because of some shoppers who wanted to ensure that they’re going to have a sufficient supply of daily needs.

However, there are unscrupulous Filipinos who are taking advantage of the situation and tries to earned money. Many so-called business-minded people are buying dozens of sanitary product and sell double of its original price.

Recently, a raging netizen named Ellen Ruth Alvarez Quileza uses Facebook to rant about inhuman activity of online sellers amid COVID-19 threat in the country. She exposed the price of the reseller that is much expensive from the original price.

In the photo, the online seller sells the alcohol according to its solution’s percentage. And the price varies according to its content and brand.

Meanwhile, in a Facebook post of a concerned netizen named Ivy Lexynne shared a photo with a strong caption that triggered many Filipinos regarding to coronavirus issues.

She compares people from other countries and from the Philippines. She expresses her disappointment because despite crisis and near to apocalypse situation there are still inhuman people for the sake of money.

The posts have gone viral on social media as many netizens express their resentment towards inhuman attitude of Filipinos amid crisis. Other Filipino netizens condemned these unscrupulous resellers for unjust selling.
