4 NCRPO Personnel Now Quarantined After Exhibiting Symptoms of Coronavirus

NCRPO PERSONNEL – Four (4) members of the National Capital Region Police Office reportedly showed coronavirus symptoms.

Undeniably, the watch for coronavirus in the Philippines now has even more heightened after the successive increase on the confirmed cases. There are 24 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country.

There are coronavirus patients who have travel history abroad while there are also those who have no travel history outside the country. The Department of Health (DOH) previously confirmed a case of local transmission.

Recently, several local government units and companies confirmed cases of coronavirus among their residents or employees, respectively. They assured coordination with the DOH over the measures to be implemented.

In the field of security forces, based on a recent post of DZMM TeleRadyo on Twitter, 4 NCRPO personnel are showing symptoms of coronavirus. These are flu-like signs which may include fever, coughing, and breathing difficulties.

Based on the post, the said police members are now quarantined. Usually, the quarantine period takes at least 14 days.
