The rumors linking Ivana and Dan started to surface when photos of them together surfaced on social media. It appeared tha the photos were taken years ago. Speculations even hyped up when the actress celebrated her birthday in the US in 2018 and allegedly the actor-politician was there, based on his social media posts.
The daring actress remained silent about this. However, based on the article from Philippine Ultimate Showbiz Hub, it seemed that Ivana Alawi already answered this allegations.
During her interview on latenight talk show Tonight with Boy Abunda, one of the questions that was asked to the daring actress was if an actor-politician is courting her.
The answer of Ivana Alawi was, “No, we’re friends. Yes, I won’t deny it, we go out with friends. Pero we’re not romantically involved. No! (why not?) Kasi babaero siya, ayoko ng babaero, (laughs) please, wag na. Ayoko ng ganun, gusto ko ‘yung mamahalin ako. Stick to one.”
Based on the article, during Ivana’s recent guesting on Gandang Gabi Vice, she admitted that she is single. GGV host Vice Ganda even jokingly called her “loser” for being beautiful, sexy and wealthy but without a boyfriend.
That revelation that she is single made her male fans excited as she is now being tagged as the new “pantasya ng bayan”. This tag has been associated with the Kapamilya actress because of her daring image as well as her revealing photos on her social media account.
