Law Center Ni Kuya provides service of a lawyer for free

Lawyer For Free – The Law Center Ni Kuya is providing legal service to people who cannot afford to pay the service of an attorney.

This public service was initiated by Kuya Daniel Razon, the Chief Executive Officer of UNTV News and Rescue that is tagged as the public service channel. He came up with this initiative as he knows the struggles that poor people undergo once they are entangled in legal matters.

Those victims who cannot afford to get a lawyer would not get the justice that they deserve. Meanwhile, those who are accused will have a hard time defending themselves. Sometimes, they are imprisoned without proper trial. Indeed, poverty is one of the reasons why poor people can’t have fair treatment when it comes to the legal aspect.

In line with this, Mr. Public Service Kuya Daniel Razon established the Law Center Ni Kuya. Through this, legal service is being offered by a lawyer for free.

Lawyers are volunteering their time and knowledge of the law for poor people. “A team of dedicated volunteer lawyers and paralegal staff assist indigents in addressing their legal concerns that include getting their much-needed affidavits, drafting and interpreting documents, and rendering advice on intricate matters of law,” stated on the official website of Daniel Razon.

On the site of UNTV News and Rescue, it was said that lawyers in the Law Center Ni Kuya “make sure that every case that is lodged or consulted on in their office is given a positive resolve.” It is open on weekdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
