Unidentified Suspects Shot Mindanao Police While at Restaurant in Manila Watching TV

MINDANAO POLICE – A cop was shot by still unidentified suspects while watching television in a restaurant in Manila.

Several unexpected and unwanted incidents are happening in the different areas in the Philippines everyday. Some of these are attacks lodged by individuals against other persons over different motives.

The police authorities often take into consideration the possibility of work-related incidents and personal issues. Sadly, some of these incidents have taken the lives of many people.

The family and loved ones of the victims are often left grieving and crying for justice. A thorough investigation is conducted to identify the suspects.

Mindanao Police

Recently, in Manila, an unfortunate incident took place. The victim is a policeman from Mindanao.

Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the Mindanao police identified as Police Staff Sergeant Roel Orihuela came to Manila as he was asked to report to Camp Crame. However, while at a restaurant watching TV, he was shot by still unidentified suspects.

It was not stated as to why he was ordered to come to the main headquarters. According to the report, Manila Police District (MPD) Station 9 Commander Lieutenant Colonel Samuel Pabonito expressed that the victim just arrived from Mindanao.

Orihuela was rushed to the hospital but he did not survive the incident. The suspects managed to get away from the area using a motorcycle.
