PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this February 13, 2020.

The latest weather update from the bureau states that the northeast monsoon or amihan will continue to affect the country on this day.

According to GMA, amihan will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Caraga, Davao Region and Soccsksargen.

The weather system will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the capital, as well as the rest of the country.

As per the report, for the forecast wind speed, the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds moving in the northeast direction with moderate to rough coastal waters.

Northern and Central Luzon will have light to moderate wind moving in the east to southeast direction with slight tto moderate.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds moving in the northeast to east direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
