Quezon City Road Accident Left With One Man Injured

QUEZON CITY – A man was recently injured in a multiple vehicle accident in Commonwealth Avenue corner Regalado in Quezon City.

According to ABS-CBN News, the man was stuck in a dented truck after it collided with a car and a bus in the said location.

Authorities who responded to the incident gradually compressed the said truck via a hydraulics equipment in order to rescue the man identified as MJ Gomez.

The truck driver, identified as Dominic Millares, said that they are heading to a fast food chain in Commonwealth from Sta. Maria, Bulacan to deliver chicken.

Millares added that the bus in front suddenly stopped to fetch a passenger, which he eventually collided. This was followed up by a car behind the truck that collided the latter as well.

As per the report, the impact dented the truck and broke its whindshield, in which the shards are scattered on the street. Fortunately, people riding the bus and car were unharmed.

The vehicles were taken out on the streets at around 5 in the morning. The lane in Commonwealth-Regalado Avenue is now rendered accesible to motorists.
