Actress Ruffa Gutierrez revealed the current status of her relationship with ex-boyfriend A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz.
Their romance started when they had the chance to work together in the series I Love Betty La Fea. That was back in 2009. They became a couple officially in March of the said. February of the following year, they ended their relationship.
During the recent guesting of Ruffa on Gandang Gabi Vice, she was asked about her past relationship with John Lloyd. She shared that they are civil with each other. “Ano naman, ‘Hi, hello.’ I see him naman, okay siya,” she said.
The actress also revealed that the phonenumber of her ex-boyfriend is still saved on her phone. Ruffa Guitierrez also said that they text each other once a year. “Minsan siya, minsan ako. Siyempre pag nagti-text siya, sasagot ako. Kung mag-text ako, sasagot naman siya,” the actress added.
However, Ruffa clarified that they just exchange friendly messages, based on the report from PEP. When asked if her boyfriend Jordan Mouyal does not feel jealous, she answered that it is okay as long as there is no malice. She also said that most of the messages they send to each other were mostly greetings when there is a special occasion.
“Kasi yung… mahirap naman kasi na may partner ka na seloso, na lahat na lang, kada text ng kung sino, nagagalit. So, as long as loyal ka at mag-happy birthday lang naman o Merry Christmas, I think it’s okay,” the actress elaborated.
