NADINE LUSTRE – Viva big boss Vic Del Rosario reacts to the stirring issues of Nadine Lustre versus his company after she terminated her contract.
Based on previous article, Kapamilya actress Nadine Lustre announced that she is no longer an artist of Viva Artists Agency (VAA) and decided to manage her show business career on her own. Her, leaving the VAA, happened after her ex-boyfriend James Reid also left the same entertainment company to manage his independent record label Careless Music.
However, VAA said this in their official statement, “Contrary to the Press Statement, Nadine remains an exclusive artist of VIVA as she has a valid and subsisting Management Contract.”
And now, the CEO and big boss of Viva reacted to her decision leaving the company. Accordingly, she is still a part of VAA sharing, “Seven movies pa sana na kontrata na exclusive. Yung Miracle [Miracle In Cell No. 7], tinaggihan niya, buti naman tinanggap ni Bela. Meron pa kaming in-offer na iba. Sa kontrata naman pwede siyang mag-nopag di nila type pero ang bawal, bawal lumabas siya sa iba!”
Even known lawyer for celebrities Atty. Ferdinand Topacio agrees to this because it’s a contract after all and suggests for the actress to just iron out issues in order to avoid other problems. Atty. Lorna Kapunan meanwhile from Lustre’s camp stated that the actress only terminated contract from Viva Talent Management and not the one’s where she signed to do movies.
