Nico Bolzico & Erwan Heussaff Opens Latest Restaurant Venture
NICO BOLZICO – Brothers-in-law Nico Bolzico and Erwan Heussaff opened their first steak restaurant in Makati.
Several celebrities have ventured into business. They decided to invest their income in businesses to make money since there is no certainty in show business.
On Monday, January 20, 2020, brothers-in-law Nico Bolzico and Erwan Heussaff officially opened their first steak restaurant. The two celebrities called it “Chingolo”
Their latest restaurant venture houses Nico’s “Bolzico Beef.” It is free-range, grass-fed, and pure Angus beef from his home country, Argentina. The kitchen uses the said beef in all their best-selling dishes including Signature Chimichurri, Roast Striploin, and Bolzico Beef Ribeye.
On ‘Chingolo’ Instagram Stories, they posted the complete pricelist of their dishes. It also includes homemade beef tapa, sausages, Australian beef cut choices, and pastrami.
Nico Bolzico and Erwan Heussaf’s restaurant is open from Tuesdays to Sundays from 9 am to 6 pm. On January 15, Nico shared a photo with Erwan that came with a hilarious caption, he said “Here with brother in-law and fifth best friend, explaining to him why it is so important for his daughther to call him #ElPadre. As an experienced dad I am happy to share my wisdom w him. #FatherhoodMyPassion”
“Picture taken in front of our newly open @chingolodeli where we serve and sell our @bolzicobeef. I am the one with the SPen but he should be the one taking notes!” he added.
