For Gab Valenciano, this is the role of Willie Revillame in his decision for showbiz career
Dancer-director Gab Valenciano revealed the role of Wowowin host Willie Revillame when it comes to his decision regarding his showbiz career.
Gab is now one of the directors of the Kapuso game show and Willie commended him for doing his job efficiently along with the other directors of the show. “Yung aming director ngayon, palakpakan niyo naman, hindi ko matiis, Gabriel Valenciano! Ang ganda ng ilaw, ang ganda ng tunog, ang ganda ng lahat,” the host said in one of the recent episodes.
With this, the son of Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano expressed his gratitude. “I feel so blessed to become part of something that doesn’t just entertain people, pero talagang Kuya goes out of his way to help so many people, so many Filipinos. To be able to be part of that vision, nakakatuwa,” he said.
Gab started in GMA as one of the mainstays in SOP Gigsters. He said that he always feel welcome in the Kapuso network. Recalling those times, the dancer and now director, shared that he thought of not coming back to showbiz after his long hiatus.
However, Willie became an instrument of his decision to come back, based on the article from PEP. “To be able to start 2020 with this one, you know, I’ve been away from showbiz for a very long time and I really had no plans on going back. But na-capture ko, parang na-inhale ko, iyong vision and mission ni Kuya, which is to help Filipinos all around the world, to give them happiness,” he said.
As a director, Gab Valenciano said that he is open about the input that the staff can provide. Based on the article, he and the staff and crew work as a team because he is not the “type na sarado”. “Younger vibe, quicker vibe, we have a lot of surprises coming up within the next couple of weeks and months,” the 31-year-old director promised.
