The weather bureau said in its early morning forecast that the northeast monsoon or amihan will continue to affect the Philippines.

According to GMA News, Amihan will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the provinces Aurora and Quezon. The bureau warned of intermittent gusts that might occur especially in coastal and mountainous areas.

As for Metro Manila and the rest of the country, they will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains still due to the northeast monsoon.

As per the report, for the wind speed forecast, the entire Philippines will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeastern direction with moderate to rough coastal waters.
