Recently, a Facebook netizen named Nheil Benedict shared a funny way of distributing relief goods to evacuees that brings good vibes to many netizens. Instead of forming a line they called the names of evacuees like just in the graduation.
In the video, they appear to be at the graduation ceremony because of the background music played while reciting their names. It is undeniable that it has brought such a smile to the people there, as did the netizens who watched this video.
