Video footage of traffic cop furiously apprehends an arrogant foreigner national driver for allegedly calling an enforcer dickheads.
Recently, a Facebook page named Gadget Addict uploaded a video of a traffic cop furiously apprehends an arrogant foreign driver for allegedly throwing filthy words to enforcers.
According to the post, traffic enforcers request the foreigner driver to leave the bus lane but the driver reacted to that request by rolling his window and called the enforcers dickheads. After that, he was pulled beside the road and the enforcer asked for his driver’s license.
The driver refused to surrender his license and the MMDA don’t have Police powers, they immediately sought support from the PNP (HPG). Col. Edison Bong Nebrija later arrived and scolded the arrogant driver.
In the video, the driver explained that he was going to the hospital to see his mother and law. The driver was showing the contact name and number for a VIP and saying he was getting ready to call them.
This might be perceived as an attempt to intimidate the enforcers. But Col. Nebrija insisting to surrender his driver’s license so he can issue a ticket. Later on, the driver got pissed off and started to throw filthy words again to Col. Nebrija.
The driver alluded to the enforcers wanting money from him. But eventually, he surrendered his driver’s license and he was ticketed.
