Angel Locsin Joins Red Cross’ Relief Efforts For Victims of Taal Volcano Eruption

ANGEL LOCSIN – ABS-CBN actress Angel Locsin joined Res Cross’ Relief efforts for the victims of the Taal volcano eruption.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) recently informed the public that the ash from the Taal volcano will continue to trigger volcanic quakes. The residents living near the crater of the lake are currently staying in evacuation sites.

So far, the Taal victims are getting help from the national government, local government, and donations from non-government agencies. Celebrities including Judy Ann Santos, Matteo Guidicelli, Saab Magalona, and Angel Locsin have offered some help to the evacuees.

A few days ago, photos of ‘Darna’ actress packing relief goods around 5 am went viral on social media. The netizen who posted said the actress skipped her sleep to help the families and individuals affected by the Taal eruption.

A few hours ago, Angel Locsin was spotted at Alitagtag and Calaca in Batangas distributing relief good to the evacuees. The photos were shared on ABS-CBN’s Facebook Page. The Kapamilya actress once again proved that she’s a real-life angel.

The 34-year-old actress joined the Philippine Red Cross’ relief efforts for the victims of the Taal eruption.

The second most active and deadliest volcano in the Philippines erupted on Sunday, January 12. Thousands of families were forced to leave their houses and animals. President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has declared the island as ‘no man’s land.’ Most of the town folks said they are ready to leave the island for good.
