Video of Family Accidentally Drop A Candy Apprehend by MMDA Officer for Littering
A video of a family allegedly drops a candy of a kid accidentally but MMDA officer apprehends them for littering violation.
There are several people assigned on the road to maintain the smooth flow of the traffic. Some of them are the officers and the members of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority or more commonly called as MMDA.
These people are tasked to implement the traffic rules and to reprimand those who are not obedient to it. They can also order a penalty in the pursuit of fulfilling their jobs.
However, there are some officials doing anomalous things to earned money and for the promotions. Just like this MMDA officer who apprehends a family for littering but uploader said they accidentally drop their child’s candy.
Recently, a Facebook page named Viral Videos uploaded a video of an MMDA officer confronting a father carrying a child because of a violation they made. According to the video posted they were apprehended by the officer for dropping candy along the road which is a littering violation.
But, the family defended that they only drop the candy of their child accidentally. They were asked to get off in their car and they will be charged 500 pesos for the violation fine.
According to the post, the officer said if he will let them pass they will not have any records of violators and the officer forced them to get off their vehicle and pay the fine. The officer also threatened them to clean up EDSA for 1 month.
