Fishermen in Batangas Found Dead Fishes in the Shore Following Earthquakes & Taal Eruption

DEAD FISHES – Some fishermen in a town in Batangas found lifeless fishes in the shore following the Taal Volcano eruption and several earthquakes.

The province of Batangas was recently struck by several natural phenomena. There was a volcano ashfall following the eruption of Taal Volcano and a series of strong earthquakes also rocked the province.

Several households were left with thick ashes and many people evacuated for their safety. The ashes from the volcanic eruption can pose serious health problems not only to humans but even to animals.

In fact, the animals have higher chances if inhaling the ash compared to humans. That is the veterinarians advised the pet owners to keep their animals indoor.

Unfortunately, a lot of animals did not survive the natural phenomena. Based on a post on the Twitter account of Manila Bulletin, dead fishes were recently spotted in the town of Laurel in Batangas following the Taal volcano eruption and the series of earthquakes.

The dead fishes were spotted by the fishermen in the shore in Barangay Buso-Buso. Based on the post, one of the fishermen claimed that it was in Tuesday morning when the fishes started to appear.

Since before, the sudden appearance of dead water creatures has always been linked to the natural phenomena. Many people believe that something is happening causing the death of the living things in the water.

There was a time when a dead oarfish was found in Leyte and another dead oarfish appeared in Misamis Oriental. Many were left curious about what the situations are telling.

Meanwhile, with regards to the situation in Batangas now, rescue operations are ongoing as many animals have yet to be brought to safety. Several public and private entities and individuals have sent and are preparing relief goods for the victims as well.
